  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title: Senior NOC Engineer

Location: NY/NJ/CT (Remote)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but not limited to

  1. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, collaboration applications, firewalls, and wireless networks.
  2. Support existing customer installations.
  3. Perform configuration changes on the customer systems per customer requirements.
  4. Manage escalated tickets working closely with NOC and SOC engineers.
  5. Implement firewall changes for customers (Fortinet, Cisco and Palo Alto)
  6. Notify customers of major network incidents and assist with remediation.
  7. Create change request documents utilizing Driven approved templates and complete customer change request forms to perform changes to network and infrastructure network.
  8. Collaborate on the completion of customer questionnaires, solution requirements documents, prepare test plans, create migration plans, build technical plans to support project plans, and ensure delivery per architecture and plans in accordance with documentation standards at Driven.
  9. Prepare and present information to the customer in written, face-to-face and over video presentation format.
  10. Perform on-site networking related activities to support the networking, collaboration, and security engineering teams.
  11. Work with project managers and customers when performing on-site and remote IT related items.
  12. Communicate network engineering configurations and items with customers
  13. Log all time activity using ConnectWise platform.
  14. Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  15. Develop and update network diagrams using Visio or similar visualization tools.
  16. Assist engineering team maintain up to date documentation to customers.
  17. Meet internally with network engineering team members and project management office to update project status and support items.
  18. Continue Cybser Security education and training programs (Splunk, Cisco, Palo Alto)
  19. This role does not have direct reports.
  20. Participate in on-call rotations for emergency support.
  21. After-hours and weekend work is required to perform changes to customer environments during non-business hours.
