Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user interfaces.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Maintain and apply design standards to ensure a consistent brand experience across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
