Aruba Network Engineer

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in network management and local area networking in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Aruba wireless technologies and mobility conductor.
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass for network authentication.
• Experience with Cisco route/switch and wireless technologies.
• Experience with network access control (NAC) and network segmentation.
• Ability to work off-hours and travel between sites in Lehigh Valley and the Poconos.
• Must pass a drug screen, including marijuana; valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for medium to large network projects.
• Maintain alignment with project leaders and management to prioritize network projects.
• Mentor team members to standardize network workflows and designs.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend tools to enhance network efficiency.
• Lead unit, functional, and integration testing of network solutions.
• Facilitate team and departmental discussions to enhance data and system administration.
• Develop strategies to meet the future network information needs of the organization.
