JOB TITLE: IT Project Manager (Legal software and/or Legal technology)

WORK LOCATION: 100% Remote

DURATION: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Manage software implementation for new clients.
• Conduct new client presentations at project kickoff.
• Gather project requirements and coordinate with client s project manager and team.
• Manage the priorities of the team in alignment with scope and project goals.
• Manage project scope and ensure adherence to the project plan by all project participants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 3 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or relevant experience.
• Experience in IT Project Management concepts, practices, tools, procedures, methodologies and requirements with a focus on Legal software and/or legal technology.
• Experience running software-related projects with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Excellent presentation and meeting management skills.
• Dynamic and engaging facilitation skills.
• Able to influence change without direct authority.
• Ability to simply and clearly convey and communicate complex concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across the organization.
• Strong client management skills.
• Ability to manage relationships between internal stakeholders and clients.
• Must have exceptionally strong leadership skills and the ability to lead resources that are onsite, remote, or offshore.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
