  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Description:

Answers telephone calls coming into the Tax Hotline. Receives requests by telephone regarding W2 Form information, Reports or insurance claims/policies. Documents caller information in the Call Tracking system. Responds to inquiries from policy holders or others for information and assistance. Performs research to respond to inquiries.


Electronically Mails or US Government Client Mails W2 Forms, Reports, and supporting documentation to the requestor. Independently responds to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity. May seek assistance with complex customer services issues
