Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Transform raw data into insightful visualizations and reports.
Optimize and enhance existing Tableau reports for better performance and user experience.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Provide support and training to users on Tableau best practices.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and enhancements, and recommend best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Experience with SQL and data modeling.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
Understanding of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure
