About the Role:
Job Title:
- Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues that conflict with project deliverables. Collaborates closely with project team members, business owners, and sponsors to develop and successfully implement projects/programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ Years of experience in IT.
- Healthcare domain experience is a must.
- Leads and manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or enterprise-scale projects, new initiatives, and other ongoing business deliverables in accordance with business needs.
- Assesses project risks and develops mitigation and contingency plans.
- Oversees projects to ensure projects have required resources, meet milestones, and are successfully implemented. Leads and coordinates matrix and/or cross-functional team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Medicare, Medicaid experience
Location:
- Dallas, TX, or 100% Remote
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000- $105,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
