We are hiring a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for enterprise customers.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, program and project management, risk management, and measurement of delivered outcomes.

  • Must have 14+ years of strong project management, customer success, and senior stakeholder management experience.
  • Ideally, all of the above experience should be in Oracle Applications-based implementations, preferably Oracle HCM and Payroll application implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to establish and maintain project plans and environment plans in accordance with the agreed execution strategy and delivery plan.
  • Clearly understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Maintain a clear line of sight on the critical path timeline, including a risk register of issues that must be overcome to ensure project success.
  • Lead weekly status reviews with the core team to assess and progress task completion.
  • Lead status reviews with the executive-level project authority group to ensure alignment and timely decision-making as required.
  • Establish, maintain, and report periodic updates on actual project costs versus budget, and ensure all project resources are properly tracking and reporting time.
  • Experience in creating, reviewing, and managing a variety of project management documents and supporting artifacts.
  • Be the glue that binds a highly cohesive cross-functional core team in the planning and execution of tasks required to ensure the success of cloud implementation programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Value strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting progress to various audiences (executive team members, stakeholders, etc.).
  • Proven experience with both waterfall and Agile development methodologies and project budget administration.
  • Should have hands-on experience working in different roles, such as Test Manager and Cutover Manager, and should also have experience in roles like Change Manager and Communication Manager.
  • Should have prior experience in preparing various strategy documents with solution team inputs, such as (but not limited to) Data Migration Strategy, Test Strategy, Cutover Strategy, and Reports & Integration Development Strategy.
  • Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
