  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary/ Essential Job Functions:
The Client is seeking a Cornerstone specialist who will assist in the development and implantation of performance reviews for ******** s managerial employees in Cornerstone on Demand.
Responsibilities:
Building all elements of the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand in ******** s production environment, including inputting all competencies, goals, questions, emails, and notifications that will be sent to all participants in the appropriate reporting hierarchy.
Testing the full performance review process for both managers and supervisors in the production environment prior to launch to ensure accuracy of all elements, including routing and content of messages.
Supporting ******** s Human Resources team in launching the performance review process in December 2024.
Assisting with troubleshooting and inquiries that arise from users following the launch.
Assisting with the development of informational materials to support the launch, as requested.
Qualifications/Skills Desired:

  1. Proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand, including the Performance Essentials System Administrator module required.
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  1. Experience in developing or implementing performance reviews preferred.
  1. Experience working within complex organizations and/or governmental organizations beneficial.
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  1. Extremely self-motivated with strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
