Job Requirements:
- 4-5 years hands-on experience with supporting Aruba wireless controllers and Access Points.
- 4-5 years hands-on experience with supporting Aruba ClearPass.
- 2-3 years experience supporting Network Operations or Design & deployment of Wireless LAN.
- 2-3 years working experience with Cisco switches.
- Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, ACMP,ACCP, CWNA & ITIL
Job Responsibility
- Provision, label and deploy Aruba Campus APs, Remote APs, IAPs.
- Troubleshoot Wireless client related problems like authentication, association, roaming, DHCP/DNS, Guest web redirection, 802.1x and Certificate related problems.
- Troubleshoot user account lockouts and deny lists.
- Troubleshoot problems with Guest WiFi.
- Plan and deploy scheduled changes on Aruba OS 8.X platform
- Plan and deploy scheduled changes on ClearPass policy manager & Airwave/Central.
- Configure ClearPass, Airwave reports.
- Monitor the Wireless Infrastructure and address device related events promptly.
- Use protocol analyzers to capture and analyze packets.
- Install and configure Aruba UXI Sensors in Hospitals, Ambulatory Clinics and administrative areas.
