Job Description:

Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB SME

Duration: 9-12 months

Location: Portland, OR -Hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week)

Requirements:

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow SME that has recent experience implementing / building CMDB (configuration management database).

Must have expert knowledge of ServiceNow Application (at least 2 -5 years) Must have experience with service graph connectors and workspaces.

Must be able to identify solutions, provide assessments, and establish baselines.

Must have expert proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance GRC.

ServiceNow Certifications and Training

Responsibilities:

The Infrastructure Group is in the process of implementing ServiceNow and working with vendors to configure it to best fit the needs of ALL assets AND applications organization wide.

This role will be responsible for helping with the implementation of the product and assisting with the how do we sustain process and audits.

Responsible to work with cybersecurity to implement processes and documentation to be better prepared for future use and audits.
