  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in adult education, particularly in health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications.
  • Flexibility in adapting training content and delivery methods based on evolving needs.
  • Open-mindedness and critical thinking skills to evaluate ideas and concepts from multiple perspectives.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of work, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust materials to suit the audience.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to demonstrate persistence in overcoming challenges.
  • Experience in job shadowing and developing Epic training environments is preferred
