Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Computer Support Specialist at Automate IT Inc. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with help desk support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications
  • Desktop Computers and Printer Support skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Help Desk Support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
  • Knowledge of network configurations and security is a plus
