  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A client is looking for a Source-to-Pay (S2P) Coupa Financial SME to help them find the pain areas they have and how to better leverage Coupa. They want an expert to understand their process and configure the system. They need a gap analysis done. They use Coupa and NetSuite but they have plenty of NetSuite knowledge internally and not enough Coupa knowledge. They use NetSuite for GL purposes, AR and subscription billing. They use Coupa for Source-to-Pay; vendor onboarding, purchase requests, vendor uploads, invoicing, payments and this feeds into their GL part of NetSuite.

MUST have skills:

  • Coupa integrations into NetSuite
  • Coupa SME
  • Coupa Accounts Payable expert
  • Coupa Travel and Expense expert
  • Coupa configuration knowledge
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P) expert (in financials this is not a procurement role)
  • Strong SQL knowledge in extracting data
  • Very Good written and verbal communication

PLNice to have skills:

  • Financials background (especially ERP financials implementation experience)
  • NetSuite GL knowledge
  • Reporting experience in Power BI/Alteryx
