We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our billing team. This role will be instrumental in documenting and curating changes to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication between the billing support team and development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance claims and billing processes, and will actively engage with operations and sales teams to address business needs and market challenges.



Requirements:



  1. Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in billing or insurance-related roles.

  2. Understanding of Billing Processes: Familiarity with billing systems and insurance claims, with an emphasis on rate calculations.

  3. Documentation Skills: Proven ability to create clear and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose actionable solutions.
