  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Develop ETL Processes:

    • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.
    • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to the target systems.

  2. Data Mapping and Transformation:

    • Perform data mapping and transformation based on business rules and requirements.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

  3. Performance Tuning:

    • Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
    • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the data integration workflows.

  4. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, database administrators, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of data integration solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

  5. Documentation:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and transformation logic.
    • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and aligns with best practices.

  6. Testing and Validation:

    • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing for ETL processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an ETL Developer using Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Informatica PowerCenter Certification.
  • Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
