  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Technical Analyst or Process Engineer for a 12 month contract to hire job opportunity. Seeking candidates that are eligible for direct perm employment for our direct client.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years' combined experience in Configuration Management in an IT operations, managed services, or service delivery environment.
  • Must have served as a CMDB Process Lead, established integrated and systematic processes in support of related Configuration Management processes.
  • Expertise in the Configuration Management processes and methods. Plan, manage, and coordinate the full lifecycle in a high interoperability IT environment. Empower CMDB stakeholders utilize and leverage the CMDB database and associated processes.]
  • Maintenance: Provides technical support and problem resolution for customer inquiries regarding the new and existing data analytics, policy, process, standards, and best practices related to Configuration Management.
  • Communication: Develops partnerships with the consumers of the data analytics to understand business needs. Trains on provided reports and dashboards, policy, process, standards, and best practices.
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Process Improvement or similar field of study, or equivalent job experience.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 3 or 4 Certification preferred, or equivalent experience. Preferred:
    Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery
