Position Overview
In this role, you ll leverage your strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to drive the development of innovative digital products that simplify and enrich customer experience. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and analyze internal business requirements, interpreting customer insights and business goals to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
  • Develop and refine comprehensive user stories that translate requirements into functional designs, covering:
  • Functional and non-functional requirements
  • Business rules
  • Gherkin acceptance criteria
  • API data mapping
  • Accessibility best practices
  • Analytics reporting requirements
  • Review test cases and manage bug logging, ensuring all user stories
  • Oversee the scope of applications and related changes, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, effort, and costs for implementing solutions. Communicate regularly about progress, blockers, risks, and developments impacting projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in the digital industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to gather technical and user requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering requirements with Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; adept at leveraging data to inform project scope and support strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with technical, user, and business challenges in a fast-paced digital organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Comfortable collaborating with bi-coastal and international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Object-Oriented UX and hypothesis-driven design.
  • Operational experience in the theme park industry.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics, including familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
  • 1+ years working with products utilizing Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, Knowledge Aggregation, or Dynamic User Personalization.
