Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program/Field Operations Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support the Program Operations Section and assist the Field Operations project teams, ensuring efficient, smooth-running operations.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Support the Program Operations Section in planning, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program and field operations to management.
  • Assist with tracking and completing Program Operations taskers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for conference room and fleet vehicle reservations.
  • Oversee facility equipment and furniture needs to ensure network compliance.
  • Process facility access requests, including badging.
  • Support the Technical Operations Manager with project communications and planning.
  • Assist in problem-solving and risk mitigation, ensuring all field operations align with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate R&R destinations for the Field Operations Project Team and provide availability updates to personnel as needed.
  • Assist in creating and submitting Project Team travel requests.
  • Support Field Operations Project Team with timesheet submissions and expense reports.
  • Attend Program/Field Operations meetings, capture meeting minutes and tracking action items.
  • Manage onboarding activities for the Program/Field Operations team, scheduling necessary trainings.
  • Monitor DS Broadcasts, track applicability, and inform personnel accordingly.
  • Track and coordinate travel arrangements for Program/Field Operations staff.
  • Courier passport and visa applications to Embassies and the Special Issuance Agency when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across teams.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of project management and field operations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and relevant software.
  • Familiarity with government procedures and protocols is preferred.
  • Experience in travel coordination is a plus.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Valid driver's license.

    $29.42 - $51.49
