Regenis is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a team involved in the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of anaerobic digesters for renewable natural gas (RNG) or renewable electricity projects. Responsibilities include assisting project managers, operations and maintenance managers, and business development managers in optimizing general business operations for ongoing projects. Key administrative functions will be carried out that significantly impact the management and operational success of the business and project owners.

Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:

  • Wage Range: $65,000 - $70,000/yr DOE

Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Functions: Gathers, compiles and analyzes billable labor and materials. Review preliminary billings and calculate sales tax based on state and municipality. Data entry and review to ensure all associated costs are tracked and billed. Gather and combine back-up documents that support billing. Prepare invoices and communicate with A/R staff.

Accounts Payable Functions: Track and ensure timely receipt of invoices and lien releases on a per subcontractor and per project basis. Ensure accurate filing and distribution of pertinent information to Project Manager. Track payment deadlines and ensure accountability of timeliness. Communicate with A/P staff.

General Office Assistance: Order soft goods and office supplies, run errands, mail documents. Answer phone calls and greet walk-ins. Assist with travel booking and other administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Construction and/or Dairy Farm Experience
  • Current Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • CPR/First Aid Training
  • Understanding of general construction processes and procedures
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to learn the anaerobic digestion process and the equipment utilized on the projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and electronic communication
  • Ability to interact with coworkers, contractors, vendors, sub-contractors, and management, providing a positive influence for all involved
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Responsive to inter-company personnel
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Computer literate with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accurately key-board at least 30 wpm
