HR Benefits Coordinator - Full-Time

We are currently seeking a HR Benefits Coordinator join our benefits team.

Responsible for helping to create a “Wow” experience when leading interactions with clients by consistently exceeding expectations. Tasked with administrating the support for our benefits team, this candidate will use independent judgment and decision-making to support the delivery of customized AfinidaHR Human Resource service solutions that positively impact our clients’ businesses and result in retention and growth.

Proactively consulting with and regularly following-up or reviewing client/employee needs with the benefits team to develop, implement and monitor Human Resources items associated with the benefits service plans. This role also helps to communicate legal requirements and regulation changes to clients to ensure clients’ benefit plans are in compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the benefits team who give guidance and service, focusing on plan management, including HR metrics, trainings, management, policy development and administration;
  • Supports success ofclients through theplanningand administrationof benefits programs to enhance productivity and reduce liability through improved HR practices;
  • Administrates the onboarding of new clients,client site visits and new policy roll-outs;
  • Partners with HR Consultantsto schedule and coordinate benefit management training for clients;
  • Assists with formal presentations, including complex webinars and client trainings, in a clear, concise and logical sequence at a level appropriate to the audience;
  • Assists with project assignments and/or client data analysis;
  • Assists with managing client project management software;
  • Collaborates with internal departments to design customized client reports, solutions and occasionally communicates directly with clients;
  • As required, generates reports on regular basis for clients;
  • Enters, reviews and monitors customer relationship management system as required to ensure timely delivery of service activities;
  • Provides administrative support as required;
  • Communicates, endorses and models the Company vision;
  • Provides sound guidance in each interaction;
  • Manages each service interaction in a positive, professional manager;
  • Shares accountability in the customer relationship;
  • Builds, maintains and promotes effective, highly functional relationships with all internal customers

Qualifications:

  • School or training related to Human Resources, or equivalent work experience;
  • Two to four years minimum Human Resource or administrative experience with emphasis on HR preferred

Compensation:

  • Non-exempt
  • $20.00-23.50 per hour
