Resilient Enterprise is a charity fundraising firm based in the local area. We specialize in helping charities with their funding investments and reaching new customers to give back to the local community. The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for helping raise enough donations to support our client's fundraising goals.

The Customer Relations Representative is vital in developing and supporting charity organizers. The best way for us to reach our newest customers to promote our charity partners' goals is to work directly in person with them. To be successful in this position, the Customer Relations Representative will need to handle accurate customer information, complete note-taking for each donation account on a file, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Customer Relations Representative is responsible mainly for promoting and marketing. They must also pay attention to detail and stay organized with a consistent and positive attitude. We need self-sufficient Customer Relations Representatives who possess rational logic and can finish work within our deadlines while maintaining a substantial work ethic and sharp problem-solving skills. We desire team players who understand or are open to learning the professional world and how to communicate with high-end business owners and our Nationally known Non-Profit partners.

Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Representative:

  • Communicate directly with potential customers, foster strong trust, and educate the community about our charity partners' mission
  • Handle all enrollments and assist the Event team during the events we set up
  • Address any enrollment issues or setbacks and appropriately escalate to the Enrollment Manager as needed
  • Perform accurate data entry using a database
  • General customer service, including problem-solving, analyzing data, and providing solutions

Requirements of the Customer Relations Representative:

  • A GED or High School Diploma preferred
  • Any college experience or an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have reliable transportation to our home location daily
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in person at the events we host

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Hours: This is a full-time position
  • Days: Monday-Friday + some Saturdays
  • Training: 2 weeks of training at our office in
  • Pay: Uncapped commission after training, average weekly pay range for new associates is $650-$850
  • Work Location: Office
