Your Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative you will communicate with Key Accounts providing information and ensuring accurate service by:
- Managing incoming calls and emails, providing client information.
- Processing sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring all orders are entered into the system and track order status.
- Resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborating Finance, Account Managers, Technicians and Logistics.
- Creating order confirmations and oversee dispatch.
- Generating quotes for Sales and create proforma tax invoices.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-oriented, approachable, and a strong communicator
- Enthusiastic team player
- Structured, independent working style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- First experience in a customer support role
- Qualifications in customer service or a related business field are desirable
