With a brand-new business development team taking shape, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a crucial role from day one. This role requires making 100+ calls a dayto drive new business and build lasting connections, offering a unique opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day).
  • Identify and qualify new prospects within telco networks such as Comcast, Masergy, Spectrum, AT&T, Lumen, and Verizon.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership to develop opportunities for our Gartner Magic Quadrant product.

Requirements:

  • Experience in telecommunications or telco networks is a must.
  • Familiarity with industry players (e.g., Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Verizon, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of persistence and energy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ground-level department with high-growth potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000
