What You’ll Do:

As a Junior Business Development Executive, your mission is to break into new verticals, penetrate untapped opportunities, and accelerate growth.

You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective, working alongside the leadership team to develop strategies that disrupt the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business through cold outreach, networking, and creative sales strategies.
  • Identify and develop a pipeline of B2B prospects from outbound and inbound channels.
  • Focus on closing deals and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Regularly provide updates on market trends and customer needs to influence business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
  • A passion for breaking into new markets and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to tailor your sales approach to meet customer needs.
  • High energy, persistence, and an entrepreneurial spirit—this is not your average desk job!
  • A passion for environmental sustainability and social impact is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of business development and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and marketing
