We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficient, and aligned with our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, strong technical expertise in facilities management, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance for all facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
  • Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient facility operations by monitoring procedures, managing vendor relationships, supervising maintenance staff, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations through regular inspections and necessary upgrades.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve building system issues, manage renovation projects, and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce costs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the facilities budget, including cost estimates for repairs and upgrades, optimizing expenditures while maintaining high service standards.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary contact for facilities emergencies, coordinating timely responses to minimize disruption and mitigate risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance facility operations through new technologies, practices, and innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related area.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with facilities management software and systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
