A leading NYSE-listed manufacturing company is seeking a Senior/IT Auditor to join its team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong focus on SAP, cyber risk, and IT General Controls (ITGC).

As a Senior/IT Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough IT audits, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending improvements to ensure the effectiveness, security, and compliance of the company’s IT systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct IT audits focused on SAP systems, cyber security, and IT General Controls (ITGC) across the company’s global IT landscape.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, processes, and systems, ensuring compliance with SOX, NIST, and other industry regulations.
  • Identify potential risks related to SAP configurations, cyber threats, and IT infrastructure vulnerabilities, recommending appropriate action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess cyber risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
  • Review access controls, system changes, and data integrity measures in alignment with ITGC best practices.
  • Provide insights on IT governance, cyber security frameworks, and risk management to senior leadership.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and evolving regulations in the manufacturing sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT auditing, with a focus on SAP, cyber risk, and/or ITGC.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system controls, cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and ITGC principles.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or CRISC are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits/projects and work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • MUST have a valid US passport
