Responsibilities:

Client operations management:

  • Order management: input, track and follow up on orders in the system
  • Manage inventory, open orders and ATS (make sure ATS is up to date)
  • Track and update regularly the status of PO’s, shipments
  • Assist President of the division with daily tasks
  • Drop ship sales management
  • Maintain samples and prepare the showroom for buyer appointments
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, operations

Client sales support services

  • Manage orders with regards to delivery issues, extensions, and overages/shortages
  • Run/Analyze selling reports
  • Manage sample logs and customer sample requests
  • Product information (copy and imagery)

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales operations or sales assistant experience
  • BFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly using apparel terminology
  • Basic understanding of wholesale apparel operations and sales process
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to accept and embrace changing priorities with a positive attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to be productive independently and on a team setting
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of production PLM systems (Blue Cherry)

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
