Key Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you'll use your Agile Project Management expertise to facilitate the Agile process and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Your day-to-day activities will involve organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching the team on Agile methods, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software on time.   • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • This role will be 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years Project Management Experience
  • Experience in Agile Project Management and advanced proficiency in Scrum.
  • Experience in Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development).
  • HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree

Compensation at our company varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, our company provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
