Ruder Finn is seeking a talented and experienced Paid Social & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital practice. As Paid Social & Digital Marketing Manager, you will support social strategy, lead campaign development, and oversee the creation and execution of strategic paid social/digital campaigns, supporting a diverse set of clients in healthcare and consumer space. This person should have a genuine interest and curiosity about digital marketing and display a full understanding of paid social marketing, campaigns, limitations, goals, audiences, data analysis, and to meet various business objectives from ideation to execution.

As a Paid Social & Digital Marketing Manager, you will get to play a key role on our team including the opportunity to work on some of the world’s largest and well-known brands, have direct contact with clients, partners, and other practice groups across the country and globally. This role will allow for growth as well as the opportunity to submerge your creativity and leadership skills into key campaigns for the most desired client accounts in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social:

  • Extensive knowledge of social media advertising campaign set up including, but not limited to, account and campaign hierarchy, creative uploads, limitations, A/B message testing, audience targeting and segmentation, pacing, and performance metrics. (*Meta experience required, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest & Twitter experience a plus)
  • Proactively monitor daily activity and performance against client-specific KPIs, bringing back any findings/optimizations to the internal teams in a timely manner
  • Support campaign expansion into new campaign types (ASC, etc.) to drive overall results
  • Work with teams to establish full-funnel campaign where possible, as well as refined audience segmentation
  • Create and implement social media pixels, conversion APIs, and website conversion/event tagging and tracking

General:

  • Extract and analyze data/metrics for client reporting, ensuring familiarity with platform-specific analytics and Google Analytics/GA4 (proficiency in Shopify or a similar platform a plus)
  • Assist in the setup of accurate tagging and tracking parameters to assess media performance, attribution, and measurement of results
  • Participate actively in team meetings and client discussions, contributing data-driven ideas on strategy to support clients' goals
  • Review performance in connection to client objectives (traffic, leads, sales, etc.)
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends and impact to client & assigned accounts
  • Assist in conducting competitive and category-specific research

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social (work on consumer/health brands, pharma, and/or eCommerce a plus)
  • Must have experience with: Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, GA4, keyword researching/forecasting/optimization, UTMs, etc.
  • Bonus experience: Shopify, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms, Pinterest, TikTok, X
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle tasks for multiple client accounts and meet competing deadlines
  • A self-starter who has strong problem-solving skills and is always curious to learn more; is driven to own your work and responsibilities
  • Creative in approach, but data informed
  • Great energy, and curiosity to do and learn new things to support agency growth and offerings
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital/integrated marketing, or related field
