About the Role

As a Strategic Program Manager for the relationship with a significant partner, you will play a crucial role within the Strategic Partnerships team, directly reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Your main duties will involve managing daily partnership activities, maintaining detailed project plans, and ensuring clarity on partner deliverables. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional leaders both internally and externally to ensure commitments and deadlines are met in a timely and quality-driven manner.

Responsibilities

- **Partner Management**: Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to prioritize incoming partner requests and build strong relationships with key contacts. Conduct regular check-ins to assess progress toward goals, addressing any questions or issues while understanding the strategic objectives of the partner. Facilitate status calls by establishing agendas and ensuring action items are resolved promptly, while partnering with product and engineering teams for technical oversight.

- **Internal Commercialization of Partner Workstreams**: Partner with a cross-functional team to drive internal commercialization efforts. You will coordinate activities ensuring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met with high precision. Establish and support a governance framework with partner organizations, create clarity among teams, track progress, and manage any arising issues to keep programs on track.

- **Project & Change Management**: Take complete ownership of the project plan for each assigned workstream, identifying key internal owners, due dates, and status. Work closely with leadership to prioritize and strategize efficient partner request responses. Collaborate with the success organization to tailor their relationship management model to the unique needs of each workstream.

- **Data Management & Analysis**: Become proficient in internal business intelligence tools to identify areas for improvement and insights that facilitate decision-making. Monitor key metrics, summarize trends, and collaborate with leadership on actionable strategies.

- **Product and Strategy Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's product offerings, roadmap, and strategic direction. Stay informed about the industry landscape and how the organization positions itself within it, ensuring a clear understanding of how operations impact clients.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, management consulting, or strategic operations, preferably with notable healthcare partners.

- Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport.

- Proven influence skills without direct authority.

- Technical proficiency with a rapid learning capability for complex software solutions.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented account management approach.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at handling multiple workstreams simultaneously.
