Job Description:


This Is Voice is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our event planning team. The Events Assistant will play a key role in coordinating and executing company events, assisting with all aspects of event logistics, and ensuring that events run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the event planning and management industry.

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in planning and executing company events, including corporate functions, seminars, product launches, and social gatherings.

  • Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setups.

  • Help manage event timelines and ensure all elements are executed on schedule.

  • Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event details are clearly communicated and followed.

  • Support the preparation of event materials, such as invitations, programs, signage, and registration lists.

  • Assist with on-site event setup and breakdown, including arranging décor, seating, and registration areas.

  • Handle attendee registration and provide customer service to event participants.

  • Maintain event supplies and manage inventory for upcoming events.

  • Gather post-event feedback and assist in generating event reports for analysis.

  • Assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise during events.




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in event planning, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle the dynamic nature of event planning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events may require.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

  • Prior experience in event coordination or related fields is a plus but not required.
