  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Essential Functions
  • Processes new loans, renewals, reaffirmations and loan servicing requests as assigned for portfolio commercial and consumer loans using nCino and LaserPro. Prepares complete and accurate loan documents for closings. Sets up and maintains loan files and tracking of trailing documents. Validates that loan packages conform to bank guidelines.
  • Perform loan funding and booking to core system.
  • Performs accurate pre-closing and post-closing reviews for peers.
  • Communicates with closing agent, title companies, attorneys, and lending team. Keeps all parties respectfully informed of loan status.
  • Provides the best service to our internal and external customers with innovative and creative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 3 years of loan processing experience (preferred)
  • Good understanding of Consumer and Commercial Loan products and services
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and math and calculation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle and meet deadlines
  • Extended periods of sitting and computer use may be required
