Position Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Full Time - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM + overtime when necessary

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience + 3 bonuses per year + overtime. Excellent medical benefits fully paid by the firm.

Location: New York Office

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Support the New York Office Director with workflow management, correspondence management, scheduling, and facilities management.
  • Oversee the overall coordination of the New York office, including staff recruiting, general bookkeeping, HR functions, and vendor management.
  • Assist the Legal Support Director in managing the Secretary, Front Desk, and Hospitality Teams.
  • Develop and maintain databases, document archives, and collaboration tools tailored to the office's needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including creating new hire materials, welcoming them, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Perform additional administrative, logistical, and office management tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to manage a changing mix of long-term, medium-term, short-term, and urgent tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and personal responsibility.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist colleagues in a small team environment.
