Our projects are all highly structured and use teams made up of remote consultants who are domain experts. Consultants are compensated based on expertise and experience. Quire pays a premium of 25% - 40% above market on average to ensure the best talent.

All compensation is marked-to-market using third-party salary and contractor platforms and we pay a premium for excellence and creativity.

Quire is seeking an exceptionally creative graphic designer to help us elevate the quality of our social content. You will collaborate with our social media team and upper management to understand the type of content we would like you to create and how to bring our brand to life. You will be responsible for creating content that reflects our vision and adding your own creative touch. Our ideal candidate has experience with luxury brands and is adept at creating intentional simplicity, modern minimalism, and content that stands out.

This person should be an expert in the use of both traditional design tools like Adobe but also new software such as Canva.

We will highly compensate an individual who has mastered the use of AI technologies to stratify their creativity efficiently and with better visual impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

• This position is remote, and no travel is required.
• Candidates must be available to start work immediately.
• This position is paid hourly as a 1099 contractor, with rates based on expertise. (The equivalent salary ranges from $45,000 to $80,000 per year, translating to $22 to $39 per hour. We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience with Luxury brands
• This opportunity is a contract consultative position. Flexible work schedule and ability to work some nights and weekends may be needed.
• Candidates must be available during normal business hours.

Quire offers above-market compensation to individuals who maintain the highest standards, possess consummate professional expertise, and have mastered AI technologies to maximize efficiency, with all compensation marked-to-market using third-party salary and contractor platforms; those who exceed average experience or efficiency can expect a material premium to market rates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation: You will create content format templates (images and videos) for our social media which is currently LinkedIn predominantly.
• Quality Assurance: You will ensure to the best of your ability that the content is error-free and aligns with our brand. Videos and images should be in the correct file format, aspect ratio, and look crisp/clear, never blurry.
• Collaboration with Others: Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team to incorporate feedback.
• Time Management: Meet quick-turnaround deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field and experience with creating content for businesses or luxury brands.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe as well as Generative AI platforms.
• Exceptional eye for design and creative instincts, staying up to date on the latest trends in design.
• Experience with luxury brands like Prada and Gucci is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, cognitive thinking, and logical reasoning skills.
• Must be a self-starter with clear attention to detail and high personal standards.
