We are is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Maintain and update event calendars and schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Support the events team with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and stakeholders.
- Help set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
