Requirements
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to attract, recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent at all levels within the organization.
- Assist with job postings and ensure they are effectively communicated and reach the desired audience.
- Become proficient in all DynaFire benefits and organizational structure to provide accurate information to candidates.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote DynaFire and attract potential candidates.
- Maintain relationships with experienced candidates across all DynaFire locations.
- Candidate Sourcing and Relationship Management:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other recruiting tools to connect with and create relationships with experienced candidates.
- Travel to DynaFire locations as needed to interview potential candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Coordinate reference checking and verify candidates' credentials and suitability.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding post-offer inquiries and facilitate their onboarding process.
- Act as an employee advocate for new hires and established employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Recruiting Procedure Development:
- Oversee, develop, and implement a sustainable Recruiting Procedure that aligns with the organization's growth and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Human Resources Support:
- Support the Human Resources Department in various functions, including but not limited to payroll, company fleet and safety functions, and handling employee grievances.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and maintain the integrity of all conversations and documentation within the department.
- Participate in employee functions and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Customer Service:
- Learn and apply applicable local, state, and federal employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Answer incoming calls in accordance with DynaFire Core Values and provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee requests and questions.
- Support management with any additional duties as assigned.
- Training and Certification Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience;
- Minimum of an Associates degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and Google Workspace tools
- Knowledge of current federal and state employment laws
- Proficient with DynaFire's Core Values and mission statement
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently and time manage effectively
- Bilingual is a plus
- Able to travel within and out of the state as needed
