Talent Acquisition Assistant

Our client, a Boston-based Technology firm, is experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a passionate, motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to help continue to build their strong, expanding team. The ideal person for this role is a keen relationship builder with candidates and other employees and has the curiosity and resourcefulness to find the best matches for roles and effectively integrate them into the company. This role offers many opportunities for collaboration, a friendly team environment, fun company-wide events, and a hybrid work schedule. Applicants must be able to commute to the client's Boston headquarters for onsite workdays as required.

Compensation: $70-80K

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding, offboarding, LOA request, employee policies and procedures and system administration
  • Serve as an coordinator and point of contact during all phases of the interview process
  • Employ a creative approach to sourcing candidates, such as using targeted job postings and cultivating a strong network for referrals
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and team goals
  • Gauge recruiting progress by tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics
  • Build recruiting programs to promote the client and target specific populations such as interns and recent college graduates
  • Help review interview materials and assessment criteria
  • Partner with HRBP team on special projects outside of talent.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting or HR experience at the coordinator level
  • Relationship-oriented; values collaboration and communication
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and creative problem-solving ability
  • Strong work ethic; must be highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
  • High ethical standards and strong sense of professional accountability
  • Active listening skills and high level of professionalism with candidates, colleagues, and Executives
