Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Assist with payroll processes and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate and oversee benefits administration, including enrolment and answer employee queries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the US office, handling any HR related inquiries or issues
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the director, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and updated
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the director as needed
  • Utilize CRM and "About Time" software to maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure all HR processes are in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Familiarity with Benefit Functions
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of HR Compliance regulations and laws
  • Ability to manage Scheduling tasks effectively
  • Experience in Payroll management
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements for employees
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
