Position Overview:

The Global Enablement Coordinator provides support to the VP, Global Commercial Operations and their teams, focusing on synchronizing the work between the support teams and Sales Leaders. Must be creative and enjoy working within a large, culturally-driven, global, results and community-oriented environment. The ideal individual will be capable of exercising good judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance/handle competing priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Global Enablement & Support Coordinator will be proficient in working independently on projects, from conception to completion. They must be able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion including but not limited to the following:

  • Assists with cross-functional internal and external meeting scheduling
  • Assists with program management status reporting
  • Travel management - request for approval, support VPs with travel arrangements
  • Support with Expense management - filing monthly expense reports - following local requirements & global standards

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative support or coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in Windows, Google Workspace, Workday, Concur SAP
  • Advanced expertise in local and global travel arrangements and management
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners
  • Ability to learn new software as needed
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a concise and well-written manner
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
  • Excellent time management, and problem-solving skills
