Position Overview:

Are you ready to empower communities through creativity, innovation, integrity, and work on some of the most important projects in Florida? Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented project leader with strong marketing strategy and coordination skills in Professional Services Marketing. In this role, the ideal candidate will support the marketing and business development team in marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and coordinate and develop competitive marketing proposals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track and prepare responses to RFPs/RFQs - letters of interest, proposals, and presentations - in coordination with project managers and executive team
  • Develop qualification packages and general marketing material, including resumes, project sheets, proposal material, brochures, press releases, corporate newsletters, presentations and other materials
  • Conduct Lead, Sector, Market and Competitive Research
  • Work as a team player in a collaborative and deadline-driven environment
  • Assist the digital marketing team in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that utilize social media, email marketing, and SEO to enhance brand visibility
  • Participate in keyword research and the optimization of website content and blog posts to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Coordinate and assist in preparation of trade shows and events

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in the development and production of proposals in the A/E/C Industry preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and analytics tools
  • Excellent technical written and communication skills with a knee for detail
  • Experience working in a project-driven environment, requiring flexibility and teamwork
  • Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Superior experience in prioritizing and executing tasks to meet submittal deadlines
