Investigations Supervisor

Position Summary:

The Investigations Supervisor is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of investigative data and providing key insights to drive the direction of investigations. This role will also supervise and support investigative teams, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and meet quality standards. The Investigations Supervisor works closely with the Director of Investigations to ensure the smooth execution of investigations, maintain client satisfaction, and manage resources effectively.

Major Responsibilities and/or Essential Functions:

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of investigative data, case trends, and findings to identify actionable insights.
  • Provide investigative teams with data-driven guidance on the direction and focus of investigations.
  • Assist in supervising investigators, ensuring they have the tools, direction, and support needed to complete cases successfully.
  • Review and analyze investigative reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Develop analytical reports and dashboards to track the progress of investigations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of Investigations to assess case complexity, prioritize workload, and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with investigative outcomes.
  • Assist in training new analysts and investigators on data analysis tools, techniques, and investigative best practices.
  • Ensure all investigations comply with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Support the Director in developing new investigative strategies and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Provide recommendations for improving data collection and analysis processes to enhance investigative performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, investigations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience leading or supervising investigative teams, with a focus on performance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and investigations simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to investigations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Business, or Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience.

Interaction:

· Ongoing communication with TruView leadership team and Client.

Physical Requirements:

  • Operate standard office equipment such as a PC, telephone, and scanner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $65,000 per year
