We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated POWER BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of data visualization and analytics, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that the final product aligns with business objectives. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate performance metrics and trends. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in data modeling and ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various sources. Familiarity with TA data and processes, especially in Workday, will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, Support and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards for improved performance and user experience.
  • Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data insights.
  • Transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis using Power Query and DAX functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through effective data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Analyze and convert manual reports into self-service dashboard formats.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Business Intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with TA domain processes, especially related to Workday, is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems for effective data extraction and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
