Job Purpose:
Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Human Resources. Drives a culture of customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of systems and processes.

Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Human Resources. Drives a culture of customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of systems and processes.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Download and update resumes directly from Indeed and other forums into Applicant Stack first thing in the am.
- Call candidates in Applicant stack to schedule interview times with supervisor or HR staff.
- Follow up with candidates in the pipeline to ensure that onboarding paper and testing are being completed in a timely fashion.
- Conduct Attendance calls every Monday to inform employees of where they are at via points.
- Assisting in quarterly key audits
- Every Monday verify insurance information for new employees who will be driving while on company time. Quarterly ensure everyone is up to date.
- Payroll
- Process and track unemployment claims and appeals.
- Proper filing of documents within the office
- Process and track Comp Management Paperwork and claims
- Conduct exit interviews for those employees who have left the company.
- Conduct searches on social media and job sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder for candidates.
- Assist in updating social media postings.
- Help Maintain company online presence for reviews, ratings, and visibility.
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Maintain a high level of organization in both paper files and computer files.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and a positive attitude.
- Bi-lingual a plus
