Job Purpose:

Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Human Resources. Drives a culture of customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of systems and processes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Download and update resumes directly from Indeed and other forums into Applicant Stack first thing in the am.
  • Call candidates in Applicant stack to schedule interview times with supervisor or HR staff.
  • Follow up with candidates in the pipeline to ensure that onboarding paper and testing are being completed in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct Attendance calls every Monday to inform employees of where they are at via points.
  • Assisting in quarterly key audits
  • Every Monday verify insurance information for new employees who will be driving while on company time. Quarterly ensure everyone is up to date.
  • Payroll
  • Process and track unemployment claims and appeals.
  • Proper filing of documents within the office
  • Process and track Comp Management Paperwork and claims
  • Conduct exit interviews for those employees who have left the company.
  • Conduct searches on social media and job sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder for candidates.
  • Assist in updating social media postings.
  • Help Maintain company online presence for reviews, ratings, and visibility.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Maintain a high level of organization in both paper files and computer files.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Bi-lingual a plus

Must have HR experience 1 year+

Paying $40,000-$45,000 a year
