Reporting to our Chief Clinical Operations Officer, our Program Director, Clinical Operations is responsible for overall delivery and realization of projects and programs within our Clinical Operations. Deliver strategic initiatives to scope, prioritize, and coordinate execution of critical clinical and operating projects and programs while working with Panoramic Health departments such as Practice Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, among others.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintains awareness and oversight of strategic planning process driven by data.
  • Leads activities within the operations vertical to achieve entity goals.
  • Establishes program management processes within the program in alignment with portfolio management processes.
  • Maintains and modifies meeting cadence with both internal and external stakeholders to appropriately meet operations goals.
  • Develops the appropriate engagement model to drive execution.
  • Responsible for all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
  • Develops programs that meet the needs of the organization and tracks progress against stated goals or milestones.
  • Ensures that activities are compliant with organizational standards and any relevant external regulations.
  • Structures and performs analyses with executive readouts and conclusions.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.


Education/Training And Certification, Licensure, Registration Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or related field


Experience

  • 10 years of experience in health care management or health care consulting preferred
