Job Description
The Compliance team is looking for an experienced Compliance Operations Lead who will be responsible for compliance policy and training content management and help coordinate the Compliance Management Program (CMP) to ensure consistent execution across our team.
You will have experience working with consumer regulatory requirements (i.e., FCRA, Privacy, UDAAP) and compliance management programs. You will also be familiar with the consumer credit reporting industry and consumer financial/banking products and services.
A successful Compliance Operations team member will work well with multiple partners. You will support projects and process improvements in a complex environment and subject matter area.
You will report to the Director of Compliance Operations, and the position is remote in the US.

You Will
- Lead development and change management activities for training content, compliance policies, standards and procedures.
- Support other CMP activities such as compliance risk assessments, regulatory requirements/change management and compliance reporting.
- Lead Compliance team projects.
- Implement efficiencies and process improvements.
- Maintain an understanding of business processes, consumer regulatory compliance requirements and compliance controls.
- Maintain contemporary knowledge of important U.S. consumer protection, privacy and banking laws and regulations, and the latest interpretations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years' experience in a consumer compliance role providing subject matter guidance to one or more teams and its financial products and services. Preferably in banking or at a financial institution.
- Hands-on knowledge of U.S. consumer protection and privacy laws and regulations including FCRA, GLBA and UDAAP. Preferably, compliance certifications (i.e., CRCM, CIPP, CAMS) and/or knowledge of banking laws and regulations such as BSA/AML, TISA and Regulation E.
- Experience leading compliance risk management activities including procedure review, managing regulatory changes and compliance risk assessments.
- 2+ years experience in project or process improvement and management experience preferred.
- Experience delivering guidance at multiple levels across departments, legal, risk and internal audit.
- SharePoint, Power Apps, Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience preferred.
- Experience using Governance, Risk and Compliance systems or RSA Archer platform a plus.
