Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: On-site, 5 days a week-Sterling, VA, 20166

Role Summary:

Manage Data Centre operations across the Americas, including Enterprise, Colocation, Exchange, WAN, and Cloud facilities.

Oversee critical Hardware Break/Fix, IMAC, and Smart Hands support.

Lead team and talent management, critical event management, incident/problem/change/risk management, and cost/contract management.

Ensure 24x7 escalation support, with occasional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver day-to-day data centre operations.

Develop and align team culture and talent.

Maintain and operate critical hardware and IT support.

Manage client relationships and internal team coordination.
