Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Change Management & Advanced Graphic Design Support Specialist to assist in developing comprehensive communication and training materials to support organizational change initiatives.
  • This role requires proficiency in advanced graphic design, visual storytelling, and change management, with the ability to create high-impact, visually engaging content that drives adoption and understanding of new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies that leverage visual communication to support organizational transformation, ensuring clear understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Create and manage advanced content for training programs, including visually dynamic instructional guides, video tutorials, infographics, and job aids that align with the change management plan.
  • Design high-impact visual materials, including presentations, learning maps, animated videos, and detailed infographics, to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with internal teams and SMEs to translate technical information into clear, visually engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Lead the design of visual communication assets for internal platforms (SharePoint, LMS), ensuring content is both informative and visually appealing.
  • Use advanced graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Vyond) to develop high-quality, on-brand visuals for internal communications.
  • Support communication strategy by developing polished, professional templates and visual standards for presentations, newsletters, and toolkits.
  • Coordinate feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of communication and training materials, refining content and visuals as needed to enhance clarity and engagement.

Key Skills

  • Expertise in advanced graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Vyond) and visual storytelling to create dynamic, engaging content.
  • Experience in change management and internal communications, with the ability to develop visual strategies to support adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills to translate complex information into clear, digestible, and visually appealing formats.
  • Proficiency in creating interactive training content, including animations, video tutorials, and eLearning modules.
  • Familiarity with learning and development platforms (LMS) and designing visual content for these platforms.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills, working closely with SMEs, leadership, and internal teams to align visual content with organizational goals.
