Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Manage logistics and distribution to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Lead and mentor supply chain teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record in procurement and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
