  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

GNR has been retained by a 50 yr old parts distribution organization in need of an “On-site” PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER for their Los Angeles area division.

This aggressively growing organization provides Raw Materials, Electronics, Chemicals & Hardware parts to a variety of industries across the globe: Machining, OEM’s, Commercial Aviation, Aerospace, Defense / Military customers and more!

We're looking for an ambitious PROCUREMENT MANAGER / SENIOR BUYER / SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER to play a critical role in optimizing infrastructure, build out inventory / stock-on-hand & update all processes and procedures.

  • Reporting to the VP Operations, you would lead, grow and mentor a small team of buyers for this site.
  • Forecast demand planning and procurement strategies to ensure all materials are available to complete customer orders
  • Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, analyze & develop cost cutting strategies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Background & recent experience with PROCUREMENT efforts for 1000’s of SKU’s
  • Supplier management strategies and contract negotiations
  • Leadership qualities and team building skills
  • 10% travel to supplier sites, as needed
  • US CITIZENSHIP required

OFFERING: Base Salary + 20% Bonus + Relocation assistance (NO REMOTE / HYBRID option)
